I plan to be there after 8 pm.

Its not going to be 40 F. Its going to be 53 F dropping to 46 F. That’s a big difference! But dress warmly anyway. I want to be the only one whining about the cold

Also, the wind is supposed to be 4 MPH or less after 7pm, unlike the hurricane I faced at lunch time.
